At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and our Gurugram office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams work in-office 3 times a week. The hiring manager can share more about what hybrid work looks like for this team.

We are seeking an expert, visionary Senior Manager of AI/ML to define, and drive GoDaddy's two - three-year strategic roadmap for our AI and Machine Learning team, that identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities that enable domain on ramp and accelerate new customer acquisition. Aligning technology roadmaps with business growth goals Evaluating market trends and groundbreaking Agentic AI and sophisticated ML techniques to craft, integrate, and scale ground-breaking applications globally.

What you'll get to do...

  • Agentic AI Leadership: Identify and operationalise opportunities to demonstrate Agentic AI—AI agents that autonomously perceive, decide, and act, to create adaptive, intelligent systems that address evolving customer needs
  • End-to-End System Integration: Lead the design and implementation of detailed, robust AI/ML pipelines, ensuring reliable data ingestion, model training/deployment, and real-time application across platforms and geographies
  • Scalable Global Solutions: Architect AI/ML systems with scalability at the core, enabling consistent application performance, governance, and compliance across diverse regions and multiple customer bases
  • Multi-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, data science, and domain teams to transform vision into deliverable products, championing methodologies for experimentation, measurement, and iteration
  • Innovation and Research: Stay at the forefront of AI/ML and Agentic AI advancements, identifying new technologies and propositions to educate our roadmap and maintain GoDaddy's competitive position
  • Mentoring and Team Development: Develop, inspire, and mentor high-performing AI/ML teams, cultivating and culture of innovation, excellence and collaborative learning

 

Your experience should include...

  • 6+ years’ validated experience in AI/ML leadership roles as a people manager, in an agile Technology/SaaS business, with a portfolio of large-scale AI/ML solutions, deployed globally
  • Confirmed expertise in Agentic AI, autonomous systems, or multi-agent architectures in real-world applications. Designing, integrating, and scaling end-to-end global AI/ML systems, including data pipelines, model management, deployment, monitoring, etc
  • Experience working in customer-facing domains, accelerating adoption or growth through AI/ML-powered applications
  • Deep knowledge of industry-standard ML tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms
  • Track record of building, leading and mentoring high-performing technical teams

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence
