At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.
This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. At GoDaddy, we are looking for a Senior Manager Strategic Initiatives to join our team! This team is a small, high-impact group that takes on some of the most complex, cross-functional opportunities in the company. We work on fast paced, high-stakes initiatives that span product, engineering, marketing, operations, corporate functions, and customer experience — often stepping into ambiguous situations to create clarity, drive alignment, and deliver real results. We're known for being gritty, creative, outcome-obsessed, and willing to do whatever it takes to succeed — while having fun doing it.
As a core member of this team, you'll lead delivery of initiatives that cut across business units, technology stacks, and organizational boundaries. You'll be responsible for leading efforts across multiple teams, building momentum where it doesn’t exist yet, and delivering measurable business outcomes. You won't just motivate delivery — you'll motivate change.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds influence and trust quickly, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves while seeing the bigger picture!
