At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

This Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and administering the Salesforce CRM system, as well as providing analytical and reporting support to the Sales Operations team. This role requires an understanding of sales processes and data analysis, as well as experience with Salesforce administration and customization.

What you'll get to do...

• Manage and administer the Salesforce CRM system, including user management, data management, and configuration changes.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales performance analysis and tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to gather and analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations based on findings.
• Develop and implement sales process improvements, including automation and optimization of sales workflows.
• Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and new features and make recommendations for adoption and implementation.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Your experience should include...

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with a focus on Salesforce administration, configuration, and reporting.
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

You might also have...

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with Salesforce automation; flow builders, approval process builders, or user management.
