At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. The hiring manager can share more about what hybrid work might look like for this team. 

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

If you can bring extensive prior experience working with teams that craft mobile applications as a platform to reach audiences. Demonstrated rigor and acumen in understanding how workflows can be orchestrated within an Agent-to-Agent framework, as well as enabling integrations through the Model Context Protocol and you are inspired at helping millions of small businesses thrive by building the digital workforce of the future, this is your stage.

Reporting to the President of our Independents Business Unit, and as a key member of the Product Management Leadership Team. Initially operating as a “paratrooper” diving into new challenges and quickly gaining a 360° view of our innovative Agentic AI, mobile initiatives, market demand, customer cohort analysis and alignment. You will architect the strategy, craft the customer experience, and drive execution for groundbreaking products that empower business owners around the globe.

After developing a comprehensive understanding of GoDaddy’s operations and business units, this role will transition to include direct responsibility for leading a specific area within the business. With opportunities to lead large teams that include Product Managers, Engineers and Commercial Analysts.

 

What you'll get to do...

  • Set the Vision: Define and drive the product strategy, customer experience and operational plans for AI-powered mobile apps, redefining how entrepreneurs work, grow, and contend. For example, developing a strategy for integrating AI into mobile applications to improve user engagement
  • Define the Roadmap: Partner with Engineering to prioritize pioneering features that optimize AI-agent workflows; boosting retention, adoption, and market leadership
  • Drive Product Success Metrics: Define key product metrics to drive solution success and company-wide adoption, including user retention rates and performance benchmarks for AI-powered features
  • Build the Future: Partner across Engineering, Data Science, and Strategy to build innovative Agent-to-Agent workflows, immaculate integrations, and next-level engagement
  • Lead by Influence: Without direct reports (at first), you’ll collaborate, encourage, and mentor teams across the organization, providing timely, actionable performance feedback, drive company-level performance management grow employee engagement
  • Craft the Business: Author division operating plans and 3-year corporate strategies that unlock new growth by harnessing data and customer insights, including identifying growth opportunities driven by AI and mobile app innovations

 

Your experience should include...

  • 10+ years driving Product Management or Product-Led Growth, in SaaS, internet, or software industries. Proven success leading and driving major company initiatives, encouraging collaboration and execution across large, global teams
  • 5+ years building world-class SaaS products, with deep experience in mobile platforms. Including 2+ years operationalizing AI-enabled products for end consumers
  • Validated experience leading pivotal initiatives that support corporate strategy development and effective operationalization, working across teams to deliver measurable business impact, such as aligning product design with overall business performance objectives
  • A proactive builder with strong technical expertise and intuition for business, capable of translating strategy into actionable agile execution
  • A systems problem solver who can articulate end-to-end business solution implementations, effective in balancing customer experience, growth, and business outcomes throughout the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention
  • Data-driven: Proficient in SaaS economics, including subscription models, customer lifecycle metrics, and churn rate analysis. Proven experience using analytics, experimentation, and predictive modeling to realize results, for example: analyzing predictive models or optimizing A/B testing and multi-armed bandit strategies

  • MBA
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
  • M&A Experience
