This is an in-office position and you’ll be expected to work full-time in an office location, and therefore must live within commuting distance from your assigned office. You will work from this office beginning on your first day.

The Manager, Workplace Experience – APAC is the regional lead responsible for delivering exceptional workplace operations and employee experience across GoDaddy’s APAC footprint! Based in Gurgaon, this role currently coordinates the Gurgaon and Pune offices, leading a small team. This team includes a site-level manager and one or more workplace coordinators. The role is encouraged to grow as GoDaddy’s regional footprint changes. The APAC Manager works with global and local teams across functions. They ensure operational consistency, safety, and alignment with GoDaddy’s workplace strategy.

What you'll get to do...

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Workplace Experience Manager – Pune and site coordinators by setting clear goals. Provide regular feedback, encourage ownership and accountability, and support onboarding and knowledge sharing across APAC teams
  • Manage workplace service delivery at the Gurgaon site, covering facilities, events, food program, and daily operations. Collaborate with DEIB, People, and Events teams to build a consistent and inclusive environment aligned with GoDaddy values for employees everywhere
  • Coordinate multi‑site workplace operations, ensuring alignment with global standards, strong vendor performance, timely issue resolution, and consistent service levels through regular audits, metric tracking, and closing compliance or experience gaps
  • Track OpEx and CapEx budgets across APAC, call out risks, manage regional vendor contracts and procurement with Legal and Finance, and maintain documentation, tools, and systems (e.g., SharePoint, AI tools, trackers)
  • Act as the regional liaison to IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Safety & Security, and Real Estate to ensure seamless service delivery, site readiness for audits or business changes, and strong representation of APAC needs in GREWS planning forums
  • Partner with Safety & Security to uphold regional safety standards, emergency planning, access control, and compliance with labor codes, occupational health requirements, and local entity regulations

Your experience should include...

  • 6+ years of experience in workplace operations, employee experience, or facilities management
  • 2+ years of leading direct reports, including other managers or coordinators
  • Experience managing multi-site operations in India or APAC preferred
  • Strong partner and vendor management skills
  • Operational excellence outlook with experience using workplace tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of local, regional, and cultural nuances and laws
  • Ability to travel between regional sites
