Care

Customer support's our not-so-secret weapon to deliver the best customer experience to everyone from beginners to pros.

Our recruiting team will review your application to see if your skills are a good match for the role.

We’ll set up time directly with you to discuss the position, get to know you, and understand your skillset. You’ll learn about the role and what we're looking for in a great match. (~30 minutes) 

Before moving into interviews, you may be required to take a short assessment, designed to measure your skills and/or experience. (5-10 minutes)

This interview is a deep dive into your work experience, while giving you the chance to get more details about the role. We like to think of interviews as a two-way street: we're evaluating you for the right fit just as you’re evaluating us. The hiring manager will assess your skills using behavioral-based questions to ensure they align with the role.  (30 – 60 minutes) 

Hiring decisions are made once all interviews conclude. Whether you're receiving an offer or not being considered further, you'll be notified by our team within 2-5 days.

Corporate

Our Corporate teams come together each day to empower and champion everyday entrepreneurs as they make their own way and achieve their full potential.

Our recruiting team will review your application to see if your skills are a good match for the role.

We’ll set up time directly with you to discuss the position, get to know you, and understand your skillset. You’ll learn about the role and what we're looking for in a great match. (30 – 45 minutes) 

This interview is a deep dive into your work experience, while giving you the chance to get more details about the role. The hiring manager will assess your skills using behavioral-based questions to ensure they align with the role.  (30 – 60 minutes) 

This is a chance to meet with other team members and cross-functional partners to showcase your skillset and gain a broader understanding of GoDaddy. We use behavioral-based questions here, so get ready to share specifics! (2 – 4 hours total)

Hiring decisions are made once interviews conclude. Whether you’re receiving an offer or not being considered further, you’ll be notified by our team.

Technical

Our technical teams join forces to build and manage simple, beautiful tech that empowers entrepreneurs to thrive and grow.

Our recruiting team will review your application to see if your skills are a good match for the role.

We’ll set up time directly with you to discuss the position, get to know you, and understand your skillset. You’ll learn about the role and what we're looking for in a great match. (30 – 45 minutes) 

This interview will be an opportunity for you to do a live coding problem with the hiring manager or team member for a technical/SDE role. (45-60 minutes)

This is a chance to meet with other team members and cross-functional partners to showcase your skillset and gain a broader understanding of GoDaddy. We use behavioral-based questions here, so get ready to share specifics! (2 – 4 hours total)

Hiring decisions are made once interviews conclude. Whether you’re receiving an offer or not being considered further, you’ll be notified by our team. 

Early Careers

Our interns and New College Grads contribute a fresh perspective and vitality into our products and culture as a full-fledged team member.

Our recruiting team will review your application to determine if your skills are a good match for the role.

If there is a match to one of our roles, a recruiter will reach out to you directly to confirm your interest and get you set up with your first interview with a member of the hiring team. 

If the role requires technical skills, this interview will be an opportunity for you to do a live pair-programming interview with the hiring manager or team member. (45-60 minutes) Technical intern roles require successful completion of two CodePair interviews.

This is a chance to meet with other team members or cross-functional partners to showcase your skillset and gain a broader understanding of GoDaddy. We use behavioral-based questions here, so get ready to share specifics! (30-60 minutes)

Hiring decisions are made once interviews conclude. Whether you’re receiving an offer or not being considered further, you’ll be notified by our team. 

If selected for an offer, a recruiter will reach out to you directly to discuss terms of an offer (start/end dates, offer deadline, compensation, etc.).
