At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​

This is an in-office position and you’ll be expected to work full-time in an office location, and therefore must live within commuting distance from your assigned office. You will work from this office beginning on your first day.  

Position Summary

The Workplace Experience Manager, Pune, oversees day-to-day workplace operations of the Pune site, inclusive of facilities, events, and security & health and safety. The Experience Manager is a steward for the office, creating positive and impactful workplace experiences through exceptional customer service and meaningful engagement. 

What you'll get to do...

  • Be a leader and the “face of the office” by engaging with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Deliver programs and services that positively impact the workplace culture and employee productivity.
  • Understand regional and cultural nuances to promote better delivery of localised workplace experience initiatives.
  • Oversee workplace experience operations at the Pune site.
  • Oversee coordination of office events.
  • Manage office Food program and 3rd party vendor management.
  • Partner with IT to provide and assist in resolution of technology support for offices.
  • Accurately manage and report site spend against given budgets.
  • Manage local logistics program in coordination with Logistics team.
  • Audit and inspect site and equipment for appearance, repairs, and maintenance work.
  • Coordinate and communicate with building management and service providers to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage third-party facilities contractors and vendors.
  • Partner with the regional safety & security team, to maintain a safe and secure workplace including access management, health & safety compliance, CPR/AED/First Aid training.
  • Address workplace tickets.

Your experience should include...

  • 3+ years of experience in Facilities Management.
  • Experience in managing 3rd party vendors.
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management, with a problem solving attitude.
  • Experience in customer service, through resolution of daily operational issues.
  • Attention to detail, focusing on the “little things” that make the workplace special.
  • Knowledge of local, regional, cultural nuances and laws.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication.

You might also have...

  • Experience with first aid training will be beneficial

Must-Have Requirements:
  • Proven software development experience in relevant domains (Front End, Back End, and Full Stack)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Strong understanding of relevant concepts: machine learning and deep learning for AI roles; usability and performance for front-end roles; and both frontend and backend development for full-stack roles
  • Experience deploying applications or models to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
  • Experience with tools and practices such as MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps
Nice-to-Have Attributes:
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in software development and AI
  • Knowledge of ethical AI practices, data pipelines, feature engineering, and large-scale data processing
  • Experience with modern design principles, responsive design, and component-based architecture
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute to architectural decisions
