As an engineer on our team, you'll do more than maintain—you'll innovate at the intersection of engineering and AI. You'll design and ship new features, scale our platform architecture for growth, and leverage AI tools in your daily workflow to accelerate development and solve complex problems. Along the way, you'll expand your expertise across a modern tech stack including Go, Node.js, React, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, and Redis, while exploring cutting-edge AI technologies that are reshaping how we build software. What you'll get to do...

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Go, Node.js, or Ruby (Rails), with frontend contributions in React
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code leveraging AI tools daily (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate development and improve code quality
• Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes; build automation for faster time to market
• Collaborate on a high-impact Scrum team, embracing agile methodologies for continuous delivery
• Participate in DevOps, release, and on-call activities; monitor metrics and drive process improvement

Your experience should include...

• 2+ years backend development experience with Go (preferred) or Node.js, building APIs and scalable services
• Solid foundation in React with JavaScript or TypeScript;
• Familiarity with UI Design, API design, data modeling
• Basic understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or equivalent cloud platforms
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and feature flag/experimentation-driven developmen

You might also have...

• BS or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with strong CS fundamentals
• Experience with Ruby (Rails), Java, TypeScript, Next.js, or Vue
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and DevOps practices
• Experience building tools/frameworks/automation for quality delivery
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance development workflows
