  • Partner with cross-functional and executive stakeholders to turn business questions into actionable insights and recommendations, while mentoring and sharing modeling best practices with other analysts

Your experience should include...

  • 6+ years of experience in forecasting, strategic modeling, workforce or capacity planning, financial modeling, business analytics, or a related quantitative field
  • Demonstrated experience independently building forecasting or planning models from the ground up, with strong experience in time-series and other forward-looking modeling techniques
  • Advanced SQL skills, proficiency in Python and/or R, and experience with data visualization tools for analysis, forecasting, modeling, and communicating insights
  • Strong problem-solving and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to solve ambiguous business problems, challenge existing approaches, and thoughtfully use AI-assisted technologies
  • Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations, mentor others, and support business partners

You might also have...

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Experience in contact-center forecasting, workforce management, capacity planning, demand planning, strategic finance, or revenue forecasting
  • Experience with ARIMA/SARIMA, gradient boosting, simulation, optimization, machine-learning forecasting, or ensemble approaches
  • Experience developing analytical tools, models, or workflows that incorporate AI capabilities
  • Experience with Amazon QuickSight, as well as model governance, automated backtesting, or integrated modeling processes

We encourage you to apply even if your experience or skillset doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement. We value a wide range of backgrounds and transferable skills, and we are excited to support learning and growth.
