At GoDaddy, the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) , and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

We're looking for someone who excels at reading and interpreting NIC documentation, understanding registry-specific requirements, and navigating local presence rules across different ccTLDs, showing a self-directed approach to research when encountering unfamiliar domains. The right person adapts quickly to frequent registry rule changes and proactively seeks answers from registry websites, vendor documentation, and industry resources, demonstrating both technical competence and the problem-solving initiative essential for managing complex corporate domain fulfillment operations. If you're someone who enjoys the technical puzzle of domain operations, takes ownership of resolving issues independently, and thrives in an environment where every ccTLD brings unique challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll get to do…

  • Manage corporate domain operations – Process registrations, renewals, and transfers across multiple ccTLDs and registries, ensuring compliance with registry-specific requirements and local presence rules
  • Master registry expertise and troubleshooting – Research NIC documentation, stay current with registry rule changes, and independently resolve stuck orders, authorization issues, and technical roadblocks using vendor resources
  • Coordinate multi-vendor systems – Work across registrar portals, vendor support teams, and multiple interfaces to fulfill complex domain requirements
  • Drive operational excellence – Maintain accurate records in JIRA, create Excel reports for metrics and renewals, identify process improvements, and support automation initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with Client Services on escalations, coordinate with Engineering on enhancements, and communicate technical requirements to stakeholders

Your experienceshould include…

  • 3+ years in domain operations or fulfillment – Hands-on experience processing domain registrations, renewals, and transfers, preferably in a registrar, corporate domains team, or wholesale domain environment
  • Experience with ccTLD and registry knowledge – Practical understanding of country code domain requirements, experience navigating registry-specific rules (local presence, authorization codes, documentation requirements), and familiarity with both thick and thin registry models
  • Technical systems proficiency – Comfortable working with registrar portals, EPP-based systems, JIRA for order tracking and issue management, and CRM or vendor management interfaces
  • Excel and data management skills – Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities for reporting, metrics calculation, data analysis, and creating operational dashboards to track fulfillment performance and renewal rates
  • Strong DNS fundamentals – Solid understanding of DNS concepts, nameserver configurations, WHOIS lookups, and how domain registration connects to DNS propagation and resolution
  • Self-directed problem-solving – Demonstrated ability to independently research registry documentation, troubleshoot stuck orders, diagnose technical issues, and find answers without constant hand-holding when encountering unfamiliar domain extensions
  • Vendor coordination experience – Track record of working with external vendors or service providers, managing portal access, coordinating support tickets, and maintaining productive working relationships to resolve operational issues
