Location Details: Remote, British Columbia

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

As a Creative Operations Senior Manager, you’ll serve as a strategic project management lead for brand-driven creative programs and high-impact special initiatives. You’ll own projects end to end—driving clarity, accountability, and execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, the ability to navigate diverse working styles, and a passion for continuous improvement. You’ll partner closely with Creative Operations leadership and Brand Design to identify process gaps, optimize workflows, and ensure creative work is delivered on time and at a high standard.

What you'll get to do...

  • Resource management including resource allocation based on upcoming work
  • Work directly with various teams to understand project request, gather requirements, define objectives, deliverables and delivery dates, plan resources and develop a clear and actionable project plan
  • Sets expectations with internal and external teams and handles prioritization for work that comes through creative team
  • Lead and monitor changes in scope, prioritization, schedules and costs across sometimes complex, multimedia project
  • Facilitates project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc,), communicating action steps ensuring all team members have up to date, day to day reports and project milestones
  • Deep dive into project requirements gaining understanding of needs for projects that may at times be ambiguous
  • Continually work to optimize process and workflow
  • Understand when (and why) to raise issues. Facilitate meetings, and ensure the team receives clear direction for next steps
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines involving all relevant team members
  • Establishes positive relationships with internal teams and various partners while leading multiple work-streams with competing priorities.

Your experience should include...

  • 7+ years of experience leading complex, multi-stage creative or marketing projects within design, advertising, or brand teams
  • Shown ability to lead senior partners, set clear expectations, and prioritize competing workstreams in high-velocity environments
  • Strong project management expertise, including scope definition, resourcing, budgeting, timelines, and change management
  • Deep understanding of creative workflows across digital, video, web, social, and mobile, with a proven grasp of creative standards
  • Highly analytical and meticulous, with the ability to use data, metrics, and tools (e.g., project management software, Excel) to drive decisions, improve processes, and scale operations

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.

Compensation 

In addition to the salary range below, the role may be eligible to participate in a discretionary cash bonus scheme that pays 10% of base salary based on individual and company performance.

$128,500—$192,500 CAD
