At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. The hiring manager can share more about what hybrid work might look like for this team.

Join our team

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HR Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality HR operational support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on benefits administration, compliance, and service delivery excellence. This position will primarily support Serbia, while also contributing to broader EMEA HR operations, as needed, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high service standards across the region.

In addition to executing core HR operations, this role is expected to operate with a higher level of autonomy, handle more complex employee scenarios, and actively contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Serbian labor laws, local HR practices, and HR systems, along with the ability to adapt to broader EMEA requirements, and will serve as a trusted resource for employees and internal partners.

What you'll get to do...

  • Administer Serbia-based benefits programs and support broader EMEA benefits and employee data changes in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Resolve Tier 1 and complex employee inquiries, acting as an escalation point and ensuring timely, high-quality support across Serbia and other EMEA populations as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with Serbian labor laws and applicable EMEA statutory requirements, supporting audits and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
  • Manage HR cases through the ticketing system, maintaining accurate records and driving resolution within SLAs across supported regions.
  • Analyze case trends and service data to identify root causes and improve HR service delivery across Serbia and EMEA.
  • Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding) accurately and compliantly across Serbia and additional EMEA countries, as needed.
  • Partner cross-functionally (Payroll, Legal, HRBPs, vendors) to resolve issues and maintain data integrity across Serbia and regional processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and standardization opportunities, with a focus on scalability across EMEA.
  • Maintain and update SOPs and documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with Serbia and EMEA practices.

Your experience should include...

  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a related role, supporting Serbia and/or the broader EMEA region, with strong knowledge of Serbian labor law, HR compliance, and local practices.
  • Proven experience handling complex HR cases and partnering with cross-functional team members, applying sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and tools, including HRIS and ticketing platforms (Workday and ServiceNow preferred), along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
